Harrah’s Entertainment would own the property until about 2005, at which point it was sold to American Casino and Entertainment Properties. The property would originally open as the Flamingo Hilton Laughlin and was owned by Hilton Worldwide at the time of its 1990 opening. Located in Laughlin on 1900 South Casino Drive, many old-school Laughlin visitors will have known this property as Flamingo, which was the name as of the time that it opened, in August of 1990 until 2006.
